The Terms of Use apply to anyone using the Sites of EBooster, and its partners (“the User”, “the User” or “you”). Access to and use of the https://ebooster.ch website and its social media pages (the “Sites”) are governed by these Terms of Use and you are required to accept them. 

Your use of the site is governed by the following rules. We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time, in particular for legal or regulatory reasons or to allow optimal operation of the Sites. 

EVALUATIONS AND COMMENTS / TESTIMONIALS

EBooster is delighted that you share your experience with our services by sending us your comments. We reserve the right to edit your testimonials for length, spelling, etc. purposes and to publish them in e-mails and other communications for marketing purposes or to delete them at any time. Do not post inappropriate or offensive content on our Sites as our moderators will have to remove it. Similarly, do not use the Sites to post spam or promote your business. 

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The copyright, trademark and other intellectual property rights concerning the texts, images and other documents present on our Sites belong to EBooster or are used with permission. No reproduction of our Sites may be sold or distributed for commercial purposes but only used for personal or editorial purposes with the mention © EBooster.

When you send us information, suggestions or ideas, you guarantee that we own all the rights to the content provided or that you have obtained permission to share it. You also authorize us to use your equipment without consideration in exchange, for an unlimited period. EBooster does not guarantee that this material does not violate the possible rights of third parties.

These Terms of Use are subject exclusively to Swiss law. The exclusive legal venue is in Geneva, Switzerland. This website is operated by eBooster Sàrl, established at Rue de Lausanne, 15, 1201 Geneva, Switzerland, and registered in the Commercial Register under number CHE-445.595.359.

Privacy Policy

EBooster thanks you for visiting its website https://ebooster.ch/ as well as its pages on social networks (“the Sites”).

This Privacy Notice explains the types of personal data of Users that EBooster collects either on the Sites, or in the exercise of its services, during advertising campaigns or during events related to its brands. It also describes how EBooster uses, discloses and protects this information. 

1. Our Privacy Policy and Your Consent

By browsing the Sites or sharing your personal data, you, as a User, accept the rules described in the Privacy Notice. If you do not wish to accept them, you are requested not to consult the EBooster Sites, nor to provide us with your personal data.

EBOOSTER reserves the right to make changes to the Privacy Notice, which will be effective as soon as they are published on the https://ebooster.ch website. EBooster will inform Users of essential changes to the Notice, but you are responsible for ensuring that you re-read it regularly. 

2. Nature of personal data collected

EBooster undertakes to collect only personal data that is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary with regard to the purposes for which they are processed. 

We only collect the personal data that you are ready to communicate to us, which results from a clear act on our Sites and which we need to offer you or improve our services, or for another legitimate reason:

– Direct personal data, such as surname, first name, home address or e-mail address, telephone number, photo, gender or geographical location ;
– Information related to your orders and requests;

We may ask you to take part in assessments, case studies and other activities in order to evaluate your skills as part of the recruitment process, in compliance with the legal and regulatory obligations to which EBooster is subject.

As part of the recruitment procedure, the employee expressly consents to references being taken by the employer. These references will be used exclusively to assess the employee’s professional aptitude and quality of work. The Employee undertakes to provide a list of authorised references and understands that these persons may be contacted by the Employer for the purposes of a professional background check.

We use cookies which are files stored on your computer when you visit our Sites and which may collect certain information, such as your IP address or your browsing preferences.

We may collect personal data from, among other things, third party data aggregators (e.g. Google), promotional partners, public sources and social media platforms. This information may include personal data from your profile on a social network and which you authorize this network to communicate to us in accordance with their rules.

3. Purpose of processing personal data 

We may collect and use your personal data for several purposes, such as to:

– send and finalize your orders and mandates, on a contractual basis;
– answer your questions, according to your requests;

EBooster undertakes not to market the personal data collected. The data collected is however likely to be used within the framework of the management of commercial relations in order to establish statistics, to carry out market and behavior studies and to allow EBooster to improve and personalize the Services. 

4. Storage, security and confidentiality of personal data 

The personal data collected is processed and stored under conditions designed to ensure their security and are kept for the time strictly necessary to achieve the given purpose. Beyond this period, they will be kept for exclusively statistical purposes and will not give rise to any exploitation of any kind whatsoever. 

This data may also be kept for security and conservation purposes, in order to comply with the legal and regulatory obligations to which EBooster is subject.

EBooster undertakes to implement technical and organizational security measures to guarantee the security, integrity and confidentiality of all personal data, in order to prevent them from being distorted, damaged or that third parties unauthorized access. 

However, it is specified that no security measure being infallible, EBooster cannot guarantee absolute security for the personal data of Users, service providers or customers.

Transfer of personal data 

Within the limits of their respective powers and for the purposes mentioned above, the main people likely to have access to your data are mainly EBooster’s customer service agents as well as EBooster’s partners and their subcontractors (service providers services, such as our service provider for accounting tasks), exclusively in order to achieve the purposes of this notice.

EBooster undertakes never to share your personal data, without having obtained your prior consent, with third-party companies for marketing and/or commercial purposes (for example our newsletter sending solution)

.EBooster avoids processing, hosting or transferring the Information collected on its Customers to a country located outside the European Union or recognized as “unsuitable” by the European Commission without informing the Customer in advance. 

Finally, EBooster may be legally required to disclose personal data and in this case cannot oppose it. EBooster undertakes to take all the necessary precautions to preserve the security of the information and in particular that it is not communicated to unauthorized persons.

6. Your rights over your personal data

EBooster is responsible for the processing of personal data collected under this Privacy Notice.As responsible for the processing of the data it collects, EBOOSTER undertakes to respect the framework of the legal provisions in force. 

You can request access to the personal data we hold about you by contacting us at contact@ebooster.ch. You have the right to tell us if you want to withdraw your consent, correct, update or delete your personal data in our records. To help us process your request, please provide us with your name and contact details.

You can unsubscribe at any time to stop receiving communications from us by using the “unsubscribe” option at the bottom of each newsletter received or by contacting us at contact@ebooster.ch .

You can also limit the use of tracking technologies, such as cookies, by configuring your browser to choose to accept or refuse them.
