In order to guarantee a holistic CSR approach, we carried out an in-depth audit to identify the most significant issues linked to our activities and their environmental and social impact. This process led us to define several areas of action, each reflecting our commitment to sustainable and ethical economic development. These impact levers are the fruit of our desire to reconcile economic progress and respect for humanist principles. Our Commitments: We are committed to supporting the recruitment of people with non-linear career paths. These life stages, whether parental leave, medical leave, retraining, or other circumstances, should not be sources of discomfort. Supporting our talents in a training process on environmental and social subjects is also essential for both employees and employers. We offer free and easy-to-access resources to improve your CSR skills.

Each month, our “Solidarity Support” offers a member of our team the opportunity to volunteer their skills to a person or project seeking support. This initiative allows us to offer our expertise to those who usually do not have access to our services. Through these actions, we share the inspiring stories of these beneficiaries and encourage community participation to amplify our impact.
