At Ebooster, we believe in the potential of each individual. It is with this conviction that we have been collaborating for several months with Singa Switzerland, an organization dedicated to creating opportunities for talents from migratory origins.
During the Singa Stories event, I had the privilege of witnessing the presentation of five particularly outstanding projects, developed by entrepreneurs I had the honour of coaching. These initiatives, brimming with creativity, demonstrate just how powerful diversity can be.
From learning solutions through gaming, to innovative cosmetic products based on ancestral recipes, and fair trade ventures applied to the cacao industry, these entrepreneurs embody a vision of the world where diversity and resilience are significant strengths.
As a mentor, there is nothing more rewarding than seeing these ideas come to life and being enthusiastically received by the public. For the aforementioned examples, this has translated into their first orders. This evening was also a reminder of the importance of building bridges between communities, so that everyone has the chance to achieve their full potential.
